Hailey Scoville Bonham received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University in May, 2001 and became a Registered Nurse in July, 2001. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2004. While a law student, Hailey was published by Federal Rules Decisions, Pro Se Litigants and Summary Judgment, 214 F.R.D. 231. She is admitted to practice in the Kentucky Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mrs. Bonham follows a long family line of Judges and Attorneys. Hailey is from London originally and returned to the area following graduation from law school and is now married and has children.
Brittany joined our team in 2014. She is a 2013 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law where she received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Race, Racism, and the Criminal Law. Prior to joining the firm, Brittany served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Gregory A. Lay of the 27th Judicial Circuit of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She is admitted to practice with the Kentucky Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Before receiving her J.D., Brittany attended Transylvania University where she received her B.A. with honors (2010). Brittany was appointed to the IOLTA Board of Trustees by the Supreme Court of Kentucky in 2018. She also serves on the Executive Committee for the Young Lawyers Division for the Kentucky Bar Association and as a National Officer for Phi Mu Fraternity. She has been recognized as one of the Top 10 under 40 family law attorneys in Kentucky by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys several years in a row. Brittany is a London, Kentucky native and resides here with her husband.
Donna Hodge has lived in the London area her entire life. Following a career in insurance she began working in the legal field in 1999. She is well versed in auto accident litigation, personal injury, civil and business litigation, criminal defense and family law. She has been Mrs. Bonham’s paralegal since 2012 and followed her when she opened her practice in 2014. You will find Donna to be happy and helpful to all our clients.
Macey Welchel was raised in McCreary County, Kentucky, but currently lives in Somerset, Kentucky. She graduated from McCreary Central High School in 2019 and will graduate from Eastern Kentucky University in May 2024 with a B.A. in Paralegal Science and a certificate in Homeland Security. She previously worked for 2 years at a subrogation firm before joining the Scoville-Bonham & Riley team. She has two dogs and spends most of her time cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers and we love her anyway.
