Brittany N. Riley

Brittany joined our team in 2014. She is a 2013 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law where she received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Race, Racism, and the Criminal Law. Prior to joining the firm, Brittany served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Gregory A. Lay of the 27th Judicial Circuit of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She is admitted to practice with the Kentucky Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Before receiving her J.D., Brittany attended Transylvania University where she received her B.A. with honors (2010). Brittany was appointed to the IOLTA Board of Trustees by the Supreme Court of Kentucky in 2018. She also serves on the Executive Committee for the Young Lawyers Division for the Kentucky Bar Association and as a National Officer for Phi Mu Fraternity. She has been recognized as one of the Top 10 under 40 family law attorneys in Kentucky by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys several years in a row. Brittany is a London, Kentucky native and resides here with her husband.
